A project whose special setting profoundly influenced it. Sandwiched between the Al-Khoud Dam and other wadis, the project had to pick the dynamic flow of water through its representation in curves. The area around wadis are significantly shaped by these wadis. Its trajectory alters with every downpour. The structure's fluctuating and unexpected curves serve as a representation of this alteration in its course.There are outdoor green sitting spaces modeled like the pockets of oasis found in and around wadis.

Mall, retail stores, cafes, restaurants, and mosques are located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor of the building. Offices are located from the third floor to the seventh floor.
