A collaborative project that required to create a residential community with a variety of buildings such as different level of housing, services, and recreational places.

The project's location is near the ocean and a popular tourist area called Al-Mouj. Therefore, the project's objective was to develop an extremely sociable design that prioritizes walking and biking above the usage of automobiles.

Calculations were done to determine how the population would be divided throughout the various zones based on the various housing types. Three alternative suggestions were made in an effort to evaluate the design's positive and negative features. Each proposal's greatest ideas were combined to produce a master plan.

 

The beachfront and amenities are accessible from every single property, which also contains a mosque, an elementary school with a sizable playground, and commercial buildings One major roadway with pedestrian walk and 2 way bicycle lane on both the side, two roundabouts, and a cul-de-sac link these areas. Along with a fantastic water front location for activities like swimming and cooking BBQ, the neighborhood has a number of green open areas for the pleasure of the community.
