"Oasis" served as the primary source of inspiration for the design of the business center. The center of the civilisation that exists inside these vast, desolate deserts is a formation known as an oasis. These oasis give both the deserts and the inhabitants who live there a source of life. Due to its creation in the middle of nowhere, it is also a mysterious formation.

The theme of mystery, the origin of life, sustainability, and green places are all addressed in the concept. The project's courtyard is intended to be the focal point of the structure which is hidden for the viewers outside of the building. Two windcatchers are installed in this courtyard for natural cooling and ventilation. The building's entrances all face the courtyard. For those who travel to the business center to work, this courtyard has a pleasant effect on them. As a result, the workplace will be tranquil and the employees will be more productive.

There are many green spaces in the business center. Firstly, there's the courtyard which has a water feature too. Secondly, there are outdoor lounges in the form of balconies on the first floor and finally the open roof gardens on the 2nd floor. These green spots are home to low-water-requirement local vegetation.

Terracotta mud bricks, which are also made in the area, are the primary material used for cladding.
